Stimulating effect of BP201 on the proliferation <t>of</t> <t>HFDPCs.</t> HFDPCs were cultured for 72 h in <t>DPC</t> growth medium containing 0, 0.05, 0.1, or 0.2 mg/ml BP201. Viable cell numbers were determined with an MTT assay. Treatment with 0.01 μg/ml MNX led to a 1.7-fold increase in HFDPC proliferation compared to non-treated cells under the same growth conditions.
